Earlier this month, I went on a HUGE purging and organizing spree—and these Amazon organizing containers for baking were some of the best things to come from it. I had already tacked a lot of my pantry at the end of last year, but my baking products in particular needed some love. After I got rid of anything that was expired, I restocked everything and new I needed a good solution for organizing.

Literally the reason I bought these containers was for the leveler and the brown sugar keeper. How genius are they?! I’ve always struggled with keeping my baking ingredients fresh and not letting them expire (hence the recent purge of expired items…), and this is totally changing how I store my essentials.

Since I started using these, I’ve found that the built-in leveler is a game-changer for getting exact measurements without the extra mess. The brown sugar keeper is basically a terra cotta disk that keeps the sugar soft and scoopable (goodbye rock-hard brown sugar).

Another feature I love on these containers is the sugar container’s flip pour spout. Any time I include the kids in baking, it tends to get super messy… but this helps a ton. Oh, and the measurement marks on each canister make it easy to keep track of ingredient levels—so I never run out mid-recipe. HUGE win.

Also, these containers dishwasher-safe, so whenever I run out of the ingredient, it’s super easy to get them clean. Lastly, just a note that I did buy and apply my own labels from Amazon. These aren’t something that come with the containers.

To be honest, I feel like I’ve tried a lot of different organization products for my pantry and these baking containers are some of the best I’ve used. Highly recommend these if you’re in the market!
