FC Dallas transferred homegrown goalkeeper Antonio Carrera to Liga MX side Tigres UANL on Friday.

Carrera, 21, signed with Dallas in February 2022 but had yet to make an MLS appearance.

He played in 43 matches for MLS NEXT Pro affiliate North Texas SC, including a 2024 league championship.

Carrera’s departure leaves Michael Collodi as the only reserve behind starting netminder Maarten Paes.
