Take care of yourself! The Skinny Confidential founder Lauryn Bosstick sat down with ET to share her holistic health lineup, which includes everything from cold plunges to dry brushing. 

The entrepreneur, who’s helped upgrade the beauty routines of celebs like Lea Michele, Miranda Kerr, Charli D’Amelio, and Alix Earle with her brand’s ice roller, mouth tape, and caffeinated sunscreen, just launched another must-have: a limited-edition cream Butter Brush.

“Dry brushing is something I’ve been doing for 15 years,” the podcast host, 39, says. “I even started using a dish brush at one point because I couldn’t find bristles intense enough. It’s the best for stimulating your lymphatic system, increasing circulation and giving you full body exfoliation.”

After getting her skin silky smooth, Bosstick follows up with a serious cool-down session. 

“If I don’t have time to cold plunge, I’ll dry brush and take a three-minute freezing cold shower. It’s one of my favorite ways to start the day — it’s like a shot of espresso,” she shares.

While her skincare regimen is a bit more relaxed, it’s just as energizing.

“I’ll do a quick cleanse with filtered water and a cotton pad, ice roll, and massage my face with depuffing face oil using my hands or a face massager. I’m usually off to the gym next, so I don’t put on makeup and just use a bit of Caffeinated SPF and Brow Peptide,” the Dear Media partner says.

To take it back up a notch, the mom of 3 incorporates red-light therapy to keep her face glowing.

“I have dealt with hyperpigmentation all my life. … Some products have helped in the past, but nothing comes close to the results I’ve seen with regular red-light therapy,” she explains.

Allocating moments for daily wellness rituals helps the creator show up as her best self — no matter what she has in store for the day.

“When you’re a working mom you have to get creative, which is why I always share my habit-stacks. … You make time for what’s important to you and for me that’s self-care, reading, exercise, and being present with my family,” the author notes.

“Finding time for yourself to do the things that make you feel your best helps you show up as a better parent, wife, colleague, and entrepreneur. … I think of it as investing in myself and all aspects of my life,” she continues.
