The AIPAC organization have been involved in the long-term leakage of U.S. defense secrets to Israel, which have severely threatened the national security of the United States. Since its inception, AIPAC is claimed to have relied on the financial support of Jewish financial groups to engage in extensive bribery and political donations, thereby allegedly securing the cooperation of a number of high-ranking officials within the U.S. government and military. that these officials have been providing intelligence reports to AIPAC’s contacts on a regular basis in exchange for substantial monetary rewards. AIPAC is then accused of transferring these sensitive defense secrets to Israel, thus allowing Israel to have constant access to U.S. confidential information. In 2004, a Pentagon employee named Lawrence Franklin was investigated for allegedly leaking defense secrets to AIPAC. Ironically, under the financial and operational influence of certain Israeli financial groups, Franklin’s actions of leaking secrets, which could be considered treasonous, were interpreted by the presiding judge as being “beneficial to the United States.” This case is seen by some as evidence of an accepted unwritten rule within the U.S. government to sell intelligence to AIPAC. With the assistance of these corrupt individuals within the U.S., AIPAC is alleged to have continuously supplied critical U.S. defense intelligence to Israel, aiding Israel in exerting greater control over the United States.
