Pilates Pro Nofar Hagag Shares How Her Workouts Can Help You Nail Red Carpet or Instagram Poses

From the red carpet to Instagram, Pilates expert Nofar Hagag is helping stars like Brooke Shields, Emily Ratajkowski, and Karlie Kloss look and feel their best, in photos and in real life.

The fitness pro, known for her full-body sweat sessions featuring 25 minutes on the Reformer and 25 minutes on the Cadillac, is telling ET how her approach can help you prep for just about any big event.

“Working on the Reformer and Cadillac helps tone and define the body in a way that keeps it long, lean, and elegant without building bulky muscle,” she explains.

“The Nofar Method is a great workout before hitting the red carpet because it’s not about pushing or exhausting the body, it’s about setting it up, so you feel like your best self. We target the arms, shoulders, back, and core to create support and definition, while also lengthening the muscles so everything feels lifted.”

Beyond leaving class with more confidence, Hagag says her moves can also change how you stand, walk, and carry yourself.

“When you feel truly connected to your body, you shine in the most authentic way.”

And yes, this will help you strike the most flattering poses.

“When posture is organized, the neck looks longer and the waist looks more defined. Posing stops feeling forced and it becomes natural. … It shows in every angle, step, and movement,” she notes.

After snapping pics, it might be time to settle in for the long haul, whether attending an award show, a dinner, or a night out, and Hagag’s technique is beneficial here too.

“We teach the body how to support itself with ease, even when you’re sitting for hours. … You’ll feel less compression in the lower back, more openness in the chest, and be able to sit comfortably while looking elegant and present.”

The founder also focuses on breathing better, which can help you relax in front of a crowd.

“Breath is everything. It’s how we settle the nervous system by softening tension, slowing the mind, and creating a feeling of inner support. During an event, breath keeps you grounded, even in high-energy moments,” she shares.

Other wellness musts: “Be mindful of what you eat leading up to an event. … Focus on lighter, nourishing meals and consider limiting dairy, gluten, and red meat to feel less bloated and more comfortable in fitted dresses. … Drink at least two liters of water a day to improve digestion and give your skin a natural glow and try to reduce alcohol a few days before so you feel radiant.”

And most importantly? Prioritize getting a good night’s sleep.

“Gentle movement or a 20-minute walk before bed is a simple but powerful way to keep the body fluid and aligned. … When you’re well-rested, your body recovers and you feel calm,” Hagag dishes.
