Brad Pitt\u00a0is in the driver’s seat — and he’s not playing it safe.<\/span><\/p>\n
On Sunday, the first teaser trailer for the highly-anticipated film, <\/span>F1<\/span><\/em> was released and there’s no signs of slowing down as the actor takes the wheel, and emotions run high while he competes to be no. 1.<\/span><\/p>\n
“Ok, Red Bull, Ferrari, Mercedes, Ashton, now McLaren all have a speed on this race, our shot is battling in the turn, we need to build our car for combat,” Pitt’s character tells Kerry Condon’s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
“How am I supposed to make that safe,” she asks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
“Who said anything about safe,” he retorts.<\/span><\/p>\n
For the next minute, the sound of Queen’s “We Will Rock You” plays over clips of high octane Formula 1 cars taking the track and clips of the A-list cast are seen in action for the first time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
The teaser comes after Apple Studios announced on Friday, that Pitt’s highly anticipated race car film will\u00a0be called <\/span>F1 <\/span><\/em>and will hit theaters in the U.S. on\u00a0June 27, 2025. They\u00a0also released the first poster for the movie, which reunites\u00a0<\/span>Top Gun: Maverick<\/em>‘s\u00a0director\u00a0Joseph Kosinski, writer\u00a0Ehren Kruger\u00a0and producer\u00a0Jerry Bruckheimer.<\/span><\/p>\n
The news comes after the 60-year-old actor attended the British Grand Prix for the <\/span>second year in a row on Thursday, taking in the races from the paddock at the\u00a0Silverstone Circuit in Northampton, England.<\/span><\/p>\n

It appears that Pitt’s attendance at the race is related to <\/span>his upcoming F1 movie, as the actor was also seen walking through a door labeled “Cast Green Room.”<\/span><\/p>\n

In the high-octane feature, Pitt stars as Sonny Hayes — <\/span>according to set pics showing his character’s garage — a retired driver who returns to F1 racing in order to help train a young upcoming star, played by Idris.<\/span><\/p>\n
