Seven-time LPGA Tour major champion Inbee Park is expecting her second child.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Park made the announcement on Friday, her birthday.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

“Thank you all for congratulating my 36th b-day!” Park posted to social media. “I want to share good news today with you all. We are expecting to become family of 4 this year! We are very delighted to welcome our new baby. Thank you all for the support and love.”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Park, a Hall of Fame member with 21 LPGA Tour wins, gave birth to daughter Inseo Nam on April 2, 2023.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

She last played on the tour at the 2022 AIG Women’s Open in August of that year, where she finished tied for 22nd place.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

In her career, she also has 97 other top-10 finishes and earnings of more than $18 million. The South Korean won the gold at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

She was inducted into the LPGA Hall of Fame in 2016 as the youngest player ever to qualify.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Park first reached No. 1 in the rankings in April 2013 and held the spot 106 times.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
