CONTEXT ON THE PRESENT DECISION&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n1. In your initial application of 11 May 2022, you requested access to:&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n&#8220;All text messages between President Ursula von der Leyen and Albert Bourla, the chief executive of Pfizer, from January 1, 2021 to the present&#8217;.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n2. By letter of 20 July 2021, the unit E.4 \u2018Health, Education &amp; Culture&#8217; of the Secretariat- General of the European Commission informed you that the European Commission does not hold any documents that would correspond to the description provided in your application.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n3. In your confirmatory application of 9 August 2022, you requested a review of this position.
