{"id":5597,"date":"2025-08-02T15:05:13","date_gmt":"2025-08-02T15:05:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/friscotimes.org\/?p=5597"},"modified":"2025-08-13T23:14:32","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T23:14:32","slug":"milwaukee-bucks-revive-cream-city-city-edition-uniforms-sportslogos-net-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/friscotimes.org\/?p=5597","title":{"rendered":"Milwaukee Bucks Revive \u201cCream City\u201d City Edition Uniforms \u2013 SportsLogos.Net News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>The Milwaukee Bucks announced on Friday they are reviving their fan-favorite \u201cCream City\u201d City Edition uniforms, <a href=\"https:\/\/news.sportslogos.net\/2019\/11\/20\/nba-city-edition-uniforms-2019-20\/\">which debuted in 2019-20<\/a>, as their City Edition design for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\" \/>\n<p>The cream-colored uniforms pay homage to the clay bricks that were commonly used to build structures in Milwaukee in the mid-to-late 19th century and ultimately inspired the city\u2019s nickname.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>That nickname is prominently displayed across the chest in a green script font above the Bucks\u2019 current number font. There\u2019s also green and blue stripes on the collar and arm hole trim, waistband and bottom of the shorts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The uniforms, which now feature a Motorola advertisement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nba.com\/bucks\/gallery\/detail-milwaukee-bucks-2019-20-cream-city-jersey\">instead of the original Harley Davidson patch<\/a>, are complete with the Wisconsin state outline logo on the waistband and stylized \u201cM\u201d on both sides of the shorts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"562\" src=\"https:\/\/content.sportslogos.net\/news\/2025\/08\/milwaukee-bucks-cream-city-city-edition-uniforms-2025-26-court-1000x562.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-90737\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>The Bucks revealed they will play on a complementary court design this season, as well, after they used their standard hardwood for their City Edition games in 2019-20.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It includes a stacked \u201cCream City\u201d wordmark at midcourt above the sublimated coordinates of Fiserv Forum, a sublimated map of Milwaukee\u2019s streets inside the three-point line, a \u201cCity Edition\u201d wordmark inside the green keys, a \u201cMilwaukee\u201d wordmark along the green baselines and a modern version of their iconic \u201cIrish Rainbow\u201d along the bottom sideline.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/content.sportslogos.net\/news\/2025\/08\/milwaukee-bucks-2025-26-city-edition-cream-city-1000x563.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-90779\" \/><\/figure>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Photos courtesy of @Bucks on X\/Twitter.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Milwaukee Bucks announced on Friday they are reviving their fan-favorite \u201cCream City\u201d City Edition uniforms, which debuted in 2019-20, as their City Edition design for the upcoming season.
