Trust us: you\u2019re not alone! Whether you\u2019re looking to spice up your regular order, try something new, or find something that fits your nutrition needs, MyFitnessPal registered dietitian Denise Hernandez has the scoop on what healthy options at CAVA an RD would order.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-some-of-the-healthy-options-at-cava-according-to-an-rd\">Some of the healthy options at CAVA, according to an RD<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-steak-mezze-salad\">1. Steak Mezze Salad<\/h3>\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/cava.com\/menu\/steak-mezze-salad-bowl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new option<\/a> is fresh off the grill (literally): CAVA debuted steak in stores on June 3rd.
