As part of the celebration, 10% of all sales from the Deli Month menu benefit Feeding Florida, the state\u2019s leading network of food banks.<\/p>\n

\u201cNational Deli Month is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of delis while giving back to our community,\u201d said CEO Mark Kirke.\u201d We are thrilled to introduce these exciting new menu items and to support Feeding Florida in their mission to combat hunger across the state.\u201d<\/p>\n

Throughout August the Deli Month menu is available at all 20 TooJay\u2019s locations throughout Florida and for orders online. Guests will enjoy:<\/p>\n

  • Brisket Latkes \u2013<\/strong> A savory twist on a classic favorite, potato pancakes are topped with braised brisket, mushroom demi-glace, caramelized onions, creamy horseradish sauce and green onions and served on a bed of arugula.<\/li>\n
  • Dijon Chicken Salad (Wrap or Platter) \u2013<\/strong> A hearty combination of diced chicken, broccoli, green and red peppers and red onion is mixed with creamy Dijon sauce and available as a wrap or platter.<\/li>\n
  • Pastrami Reuben \u201cKnishwich\u201d \u2013<\/strong> An innovative and delicious sandwich with seasoned pastrami, Swiss, sauerkraut and Russian dressing is served on a homemade Knish with coleslaw and a pickle on the side.<\/li>\n
  • Palm Beach Club \u2013<\/strong> A fresh and satisfying club sandwich is stacked with ham, turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, and mayonnaise served on toasted Challah bread with coleslaw and a pickle on the side.<\/li>\n
